So not everyone I've read about posts their numbers, but they do post their weight loss. I've decided to just put it all out there, lol.
Before starting the HCG on Wednesday, November 17, I was 186.5 lbs
After Loading day one, I remained 186.5
After Loading day two, I went up to 188 lbs
Moment of truth...this morning, after weighing in after my first VLCD...
I was 185 lbs! That's down 3 lbs :)
I have not taken my measurements, but I'm going to try to do that today (I'll probably take them weekly).
